Installation recommendations
- Ensure that the power and speed of the cutting equipment match the specification of the saw blade.
- Before installation, check the cleanliness of the saw blade and equipment flange to avoid debris or unevenness.
- Install the saw blade in the correct direction of rotation (the surface of the saw blade is marked with a rotation indicator arrow).
- When tightening the flange, use the special tool to apply force evenly, avoiding over-loosening or over-tightening resulting in the eccentricity of the saw blade.
Suggestions for use
- Before cutting, idle the machine for 2-3 minutes to check whether the saw blade runs smoothly.
- When cutting, please apply force evenly, do not press down the saw blade too hard, so as not to cause damage to the equipment or excessive wear of the saw blade.
- This product is designed for wet cutting saw blade, please make sure to use sufficient cooling water during the cutting process to effectively reduce the temperature of the saw blade and prevent the saw blade from being deformed or damaged due to overheating.
- If you find the saw blade is not sharp or there is strange noise during the process of using, please stop the machine immediately for inspection, and replace the saw blade or adjust the equipment if necessary.
