1.Customers provide detailed customization requirements, including product specifications, performance requirements, appearance design, use scenarios and other details.

Program
Confirmation

1. According to customer’s specific needs, we will develop a detailed product program, including appearance design, blade formula, production process and cycle time.

2. Upon completion of the preliminary design proposal, both parties sign a customized cooperation agreement and clarify the terms and conditions related to sample costs and subsequent orders.

Sample Production and Charging Rules

1. Samples of factory-owned products: If the customer’s demand is in line with the factory’s existing stock of products, we can provide samples for testing, but the customer needs to bear the sample fee and logistics costs.

2. Customized product samples: For customized samples with different formulas, specifications, appearances or functions from our own products, customers are required to pay for sample production and molding costs. The specific cost is quoted separately according to the complexity of the demand.

3. Sample costs will be listed transparently and production will start after both parties sign the agreement.

Delivery and After-Sales Service

1. After the production is completed, the customer pays the final payment, and the factory assists in arranging the shipment, and ensures the logistics time and safety.

2. Provide continuous after-sales support, including technical advice, product use guidance and follow-up customization needs.

Mass Production and Quality Inspection

1. After the customer confirms the samples, we will sign a formal production contract and make an advance payment for the order.

2.We will strictly follow the sample standard for mass production, and ensure the stable and reliable quality of each batch of products through multiple quality inspection processes.

Sample Testing and Adjustment

1. Samples will be mailed to customers after completion, and customers can test the samples comprehensively and give feedback.

2. Our engineer team will make necessary adjustments according to the test results to ensure that the final product fully meets the customer’s needs.

3. If multiple adjustments or re-molding are required, additional costs may be incurred and need to be confirmed by both parties.

About sample cost

Sample and molding costs are necessary in the customization process, and can be partially or fully deducted according to the total amount of the order when the customer confirms the sample and enters mass production.
Sample production costs and specific credit ratio will be clarified in advance and included in the agreement between the two sides.
