Our quotation is usually FOB price, excluding shipping cost. Customers can choose to pick up the goods or we can assist in arranging the logistics service.

Q Can I specify the logistics company?

Yes, you can specify the logistics company and we will arrange according to your requirements.

QWhat if the product is damaged during transportation?

We suggest customers to check the integrity of the product’s outer packaging before signing the receipt. If damage is found, please take photos to record and contact our sales team, we will negotiate with the logistics company and deal with it properly.

QWhat if there is a quality problem with the product I received?

If the product you received has quality problems, please contact us within 15 days after receiving the goods and provide relevant pictures or videos. Our professional team will analyze the cause of the problem for you. If it is determined that it is the responsibility of Bailey, we will provide you with appropriate services according to the specific circumstances, including replacement or return services.

Yes, we are happy to welcome customers to visit our factory. Please contact us at least one week in advance to schedule your visit and inform us of your specific itinerary and needs. We will arrange a professional reception team for you to take you to visit the production workshop, quality control process and R&D lab to fully understand our production capacity and technical strength.

QIf we have more than one category requirement, can you provide it uniformly?
