Normally, we do not provide free samples due to the high unit value of saw blades. However, according to your specific order requirements, for orders up to a certain amount, we can provide samples of our own products for performance testing and quality verification. This commitment comes from our trust in our products, and we believe that you will form a long-term relationship with us after using our products. For samples that require a special appearance or structure, we will charge a one-time mold opening fee to ensure that the production meets the customer’s requirements. Sample production lead time is usually 30 days. After receiving the samples, we can also optimize the design for you if further adjustments are needed.

The mold opening fee is calculated according to the complexity of the customer’s requirement and the type of product, usually between $200-$500. This fee can be partially or fully deducted in subsequent orders. Please contact our sales team for a specific quote.

• Samples of available products: 7-15 working days to send out.
• Customized samples: Production lead time is 30 – 45 working days, depending on the complexity. Samples can be sent by courier, air or sea freight, and customers can specify the logistics company.

The cost of a customized sample is only partially refundable when the subsequent order reaches a certain amount, please contact us to discuss the specific policy.
